This Return Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you may return or exchange products purchased on zepprecords.lk (the “Website”).

Returns:

• You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• You must return the items in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We will not accept returns of used items, items damaged due to customer negligence, or items without a receipt.

Exchanges:

• You may exchange most new, unopened items within 05 days of delivery for an item of equal or greater value.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
• We will not accept exchanges of used items, items damaged due to customer negligence, or items without a receipt.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

1. Contact us at records@zeppelin.lk to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in their original packaging.
3. Include the return authorization form with your package.
4. Ship the package to the address we provide you with.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
